Working principle and process of hammer crusher:
The raw materials are fed into the crusher through the feed port. The feed port size is 400 mm × 300 mm, which can handle larger particles. The diesel engine in the equipment drives the hammer to rotate at high speed. The hammer hits the material through centrifugal force, so that it is quickly crushed under the action of impact and shear. After the hammer contacts the material, the material is hit, torn and crushed by the hammer, and gradually reduced to the required discharge particle size.The crushed material is automatically discharged through the ahmmer crusher discharge port. The discharge particle size is adjustable, generally 5-40 mm, to meet different processing needs.
